RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which never expires. The store credit issued will cover original purchase price and tax. Shipping charges will be deducted.
Requests to return items after 14 days will not be honored.
All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Used and/or damaged items will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
Gift cards, custom items, and swimwear ARE NOT eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept requests to exchange items. However, you may return your item by following our standard returns procedure (above). You will be issued a store credit, which you may use toward the correct item/size or for another item.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If a clothing item does not work out for you, we are always happy to offer store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which never expires.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thecarterbrand.com before you start the return process.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within two (2) days of receipt. If the damage or defect is not reported within two (2) days of receipt, the item will not be accepted as a return for store credit.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve your concern.
PACKAGES ASSUMED LOST OR STOLEN
The Carter Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is marked delivered by the postal service, it will be the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the postal service in order to have their concerns resolved.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
The Carter Brand is not responsible undeliverable packages. If a package is returned to us by the postal service for any reason, the customer will be issued a store credit. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card, which never expires. The store credit issued will cover original purchase price and tax. Shipping charges will be deducted.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

NOTE: We advise you to consider using a shipping service that can be tracked and/or purchasing insurance. The Carter Brand is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
Your store credit will be issued once your return is received. Please allow up to seven (7) days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The store credit issued will cover original purchase price and tax.
