Return Policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Requests to return or exchange items after 14 days will not be honored.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Used and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at info@thecarterbrand.com before you start the return process.

Gift cards ARE NOT eligible for return.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

GIFTS

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit.

If you are indicated as the recipient of a gift purchase, a store credit will be issued in your name for all returns. If you are NOT indicated as the recipient of a gift purchase and are not the sender, the return will be  issued to the sender's original form of payment.

NOTE: If you are returning an order valued over $75.00, we advise you to consider using a shipping service that can be tracked and/or purchasing insurance. The Carter Brand is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other method of payment initially used to make the purchase. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement.
